Romeo REGA (1904 – 1968) (Design Market)
From the start of his career, Romeo Rega stood out thanks to his unique style, combining elegance, modernity and functionality.
He quickly collaborated with the biggest Italian design houses, such as Cassina, Bernini, Poltrona Frau. His creations have enjoyed immense success and are widely exhibited in modern art museums around the world.
Romeo Rega’s creations are characterized by their high manufacturing quality, timeless elegance and remarkable functionality.
In particular, he creates chrome and/or gold metal furniture, lighting, mirrors, coffee tables, consoles and sofas. The materials he uses are often noble, such as glass, stainless steel, leather or marble.
Romeo Rega died in 2013, but his legacy continues to influence many designers around the world.
His creations have been reissued several times and are today part of the permanent collections of the greatest modern art museums.
