Hélène Ugo was a renowned ceramist. In 1954, she and her husband Raymond Chastagnol opened the “Hélène Ugo” studio in Vallauris. Hélène Ugo shared her studio with other artists, who stamped their pieces with the Hélène Ugo studio stamp and signed them with their own names. François Ré, Michel Barbier, etc…
