Jean Pascaud (25/01/1903 – 29/06/1996)

Jean Pascaud, renowned French decorator and designer of the Art Deco and 1940s style, was born on January 25, 1903 in Rouen.

Jean Pascaud is an engineer from the École Centrale des Arts et Manufactures (Class of 1924) and has a degree in law. He exhibited in 1931 at the Salon des Artistes Decorateurs. His creations are a continuation of Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann’s ensembles.

He died in Fourqueux on June 29, 1996, at the age of 93.
